DESCRIPTION:We are excited to announce that the Peace and Justice Committee of the Chapel Hill Friends Meeting and Quaker House are hosting the amazing Sarah Freeman-Woolpert of Friends Committee on National Legislation (FCNL) on March 2nd from 9:30 to 12:30. There will be snacks at 9:00 am. \nSarah is coming from Washington DC to help us improve our advocacy skills through building long-term relationships and patterns of communication with our elected representatives.   \nThe workshop is free. \nPlease register/RSVP here. \nPlease joint us! \n***Please note\, this is an Advocacy Weekend for Quaker House. Chapel Hill’s workshop will be on the Saturday and uses the registration link in this entry. Fayetteville’s workshop will be on the Sunday and has a separate registration link.
