The Fayetteville Advocacy Team meets at Quaker House the first Tuesday after the first Wednesday of each month at 5:30 pm (the national conference call with Friends Committee on National Legislation (FCNL) is the first Wednesday of the month, and we incorporate portions of the recorded call into our local meeting).
Currently, our main focus in the repeal of the Authorizations for Military Force (AUMF) of 2001 and 2002, although some of us also foccus on other issues such as immigration reform and treatment with dignity.
